ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom is inspired by Bear Mountain Ski Resort and has a king bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom is inspired by Windy Point Fishing Hole and has 2 queen beds. Downstairs third bedroom is inspired by the Pine Knot Trail and has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom is inspired by the Big Bear Alpine Zoo and has a double/twin bunk with trundle and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room in the fourth bedroom has a multi game table including pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey, and darts! Board games and card games. Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
