ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Living Room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN – Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. A smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
