bar area (with additional seating for 3), granite countertops, custom tile
flooring and modern stainless steel Viking appliances. Additional high-end
upgrades include a Harman Kardon media room, in-home sound system throughout,
and in-floor hydronic heating. The master bedroom on the top floor features a
King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom with
double vanity, stand-up shower and separate soaking tub, perfect for a nice
hot bath after a long day on the slopes. If you must work while away, it also
comes equipped with a desk and chair so you can get the work done! The second
master suite also features a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and private
en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The upstairs alcove room features a
daybed with a Twin bed on top and Twin trundle underneath and a flatscreen TV
(please note this bedroom does not have a closet). The third bedroom, located
downstairs on the lowest level, has a Queen bed and access to the shared hall
full bath with stand up shower. The den/bonus room downstairs boasts a private
gas fireplace and pull out sofabed, with large flatscreen TV and access to the
private hot tub. The laundry room is on the lower level complete with
washer/dryer so you can get the chores done if you must! There is a half
bathroom located on the main level with the kitchen/living room. This
beautiful and private complex is just 150 yards to the chair lift at Eagle
Lodge with a ski back trail, or approximately a 5 minute walk to the slopes or
base of the chair. The community is also located on the walking path that
wraps around the Valentine Reserve, so you also have quiet, untouched nature
on your back doorstep. With a private 2 car-garage, this home boasts all the

of 10 people, non-smoking and no pets. There are 1 step to this unit and there
are 3 levels inside. The condo comes with a private 2-car garage, and 1
additional spot in the outside driveway in Summer only (due to snow storage
and roof shedding, this is not available in Winter). If more parking is
