Upstairs third bedroom has a double bed with a twin trundle bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a 2 sets double/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Natural wood countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with griddle and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
