The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 40” flat screen TV, closet, access to the second balcony, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom provides a queen-size bed, 40” flat screen TV, closet, and access to the second balcony. A third bath includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sliding glass doors in the living area and main bedroom open to the private Gulf-facing balcony equipped with two comfortable sofas. An additional balcony is shared between the second and third bedrooms and has a table and five chairs as well as views of downtown, Little Lagoon, and the Gulf waters.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Island Tower amenities include two shared pools, a sauna, fitness center, beach access, and a communal grill area.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the covered parking garage. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided in the unit.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. This is a vacation rental agreement subject to the provisions of Section 11-100 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gulf Shores. Guest expressly acknowledges and accepts the right of owner or owner’s authorized agent to remove or cause the removal of Guest and Guest’s invitees and permittees from the premises for any of the reasons enumerated, and in the manner provided, in Section 11-100.
