Island Tower

Island Tower is a dream vacation destination in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This is the tallest building in the area, offering unobstructed views that make it truly special. Island Tower 1203 is a corner unit on the 12th floor with stunning views. The kitchen features modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and a TV. All bedrooms have balcony access with Gulf views. The dining room table seats eight, and there's room for four more at the bar. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. This beautiful condo is sure to become your new favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores!

Please note that Island Tower is not a pet-friendly property. The association requires all pets on the property to be documented and registered before guests' arrival. Pets on the property without proper registration will result in a USD 200 fine for the owner, the pet will be required to be removed from the premises, and guests may be evicted.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. A maximum of two parking passes per reservation is allowed (2 cars maximum).
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
