Take advantage of the restaurants there such as Seascape or Beach Bum's. When you venture out, head south about 7 miles into Kihei town for local beaches such as Charley Young, amazing fish tacos at Coconut's, and the shopping at the Shops of Wailea. Just south, you'll find a four-mile stretch of beach which is a great spot for paddle boarding, walking, and watching for whales.
