Located in Bethune Beach (unincorporated New Smyrna Beach), on the North Eastern end of the Indian River Lagoon system’s, Mosquito Lagoon, this home is one of the few (20 to 30) that sit on a
narrow isthmus of land with the Atlantic Ocean as its backyard.

Spend your days sunbathing at nearby beaches, swimming, or trying out exciting water sports. Explore the vibrant local dining scene, boutique shops, and cultural attractions nearby. Fishing in Mosquito Lagoon is famous for trophy redfish and trout, snook, and tarpon. Crabs, oysters, clams, and shrimp are plentiful. Manatees and dolphins are commonplace. Opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and sailing are ever-present. Some of the nearby attractions that are worth visiting include Daytona (which provides the opportunity to participate in Bike Week, Speed Week, the Daytona 500, the Rolex 24-hour, and other motoring events), the NASA Space Museum, Disney World, Epcot, and Universal Studios.

This spacious and well-appointed haven boasts four inviting bedrooms, ensuring ample space for families and friends, a dock for two vessels, and three floors connected by an elevator. The heart of this vacation home is the open-concept living area, where the soft coastal hues and natural light create a tranquil ambiance. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and then gather around the dining table for memorable family dinners. Afterward, unwind in the cozy living room with a large smart TV for movie nights. Step outside to the beautiful balcony, where you can savor your morning coffee or indulge in evening cocktails as you take in the sea breeze. The ground floor boasts a self-contained one-bedroom retreat with a living area, a kitchenette (full-size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker), and a private bedroom. The primary suite along with two bedrooms can be found on the third level. A widow’s peak on the southeastern end of the home provides unobstructed panoramic views of the region inclusive of shuttle launches from nearby Cape Canaveral.

A wooden walkway between the mangroves leads to the dock on the lagoon. Because of its east-west orientation sunsets can be enjoyed from any location as each floor has a large patio with both enclosed and open spaces facing West. The lagoon is not readily accessible to the general public and is under little or no fishing pressure. This provides for a fisherman’s paradise and rewarding experiences each and every time you cast. Fishing from the dock at dusk or dawn also guarantees a good catch.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
