ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and bath with shower. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - There is plenty of room for outdoor entertaining on the wrap around deck with large yard, gas barbecue, and hot tub.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.
