offering views of the majestic San Juan Mountains and the ski resort. Each of
the 4 bedrooms offers elegant, peaceful quarters for resting between and
preparing for all of your Telluride adventures. The Boomerang Lodge is on the
west end of town tucked away just off of the main street, Colorado Ave, and
just a three minute walk to Lift 7 and the River Trail.

Enter into the foyer with a bench, coat closet and floor-to-ceiling window.
This space adds to the home-like feeling of this condo. Pass by a powder room
and continue into the chic, modern kitchen where you'll find everything you
need including coffee maker, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and oven. You'll
find a microwave, instant pot and other specialty cooking tools just off the
kitchen should you need them. The breakfast bar is the perfect place to savor
a cup of coffee and discuss the day's plans with your friends or family. The
kitchen gives way to the dining table and living area, all open with high
ceilings and more floor-to-ceiling windows letting in tons of natural light.
Kick back to watch the game on the large flat screen TV or crack open a bottle
of wine and take a game off the wall for an intimate night in with loved ones.
Bringing the kids? You'll find a solid supply of cards and games in the closet
to keep everyone happy. The private balcony just off of the living room and is

Boomerang Lodge is a hidden gem in Telluride, located on the quiet west end of
town, just a block from Clark's grocery and a 5-10 minute walk from all the
shops and restaurants of Colorado Ave. Town's free shuttle, the Galloping
Goose stops just a minute away and can take you anywhere you need to go,
including the free gondola to the slopes, hiking trails, and Mountain Village.
Just one block behind the Boomerang Lodge is access to Telluride's River Trail
and just beyond that is access to Lift 7 in winter and additional hiking
trails in summer. The building also offers first come, first served covered
parking for one car in a parking garage and a communal hot tub. This home also
offers an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
