Guests will also have access to community amenities like a glittering pool, hot tub, fitness area, and a world-class tennis court.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the wood-burning stove, or streaming a favorite movie on the large TV. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No sledding in the driveway, and watch for falling snow from the roof.
Drive way and the staircase is quite steep as well Please exercise caution with older & younger guests. Please exercise caution with younger guests.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
