Sweet dreams of Hawaiian sunsets await you in the upstairs bedrooms. There's a convenient half-bath on the main floor and three en suite bathrooms upstairs, offering extra privacy and space. Make yourself at home with extras that include cable TV, free high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer. A guest house with an additional king bed and AC will perfectly accommodate additional members of your party. The living areas are on the first floor, all bedrooms are on the second floor, and the studio is on the ground floor.

Slather on the sunscreen and make the short walk down to Poipu Beach Park. While there, enjoy lounging in the sand, splashing in the waves, and exploring underwater life through a snorkel mask. Brennecke’s Beach Broiler across the street from the beach is the place to be for casual seafood and amazing views.

Please note that there is no air conditioning in the main house. Only the attached studio includes air conditioning.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items. HAZARDOUS CONDITION LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER This Hazardous Condition Liability Acknowledgment and Waiver (“Waiver”) is hereby incorporated, as Unit-Specific Terms, into the Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) for rental of the vacation rental property specified in the Agreement (“Property”). Renter agrees to inform all other guests and persons accessing the Property (collectively, “Occupants”) of the terms of this Waiver, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Waiver terms. The Property is located within close proximity to a steep rock face or cliff (the “Cliff”). The Cliff is inherently dangerous due to the sharp drop off and potential instability of the ground. Because of the dangers it poses, the Cliff and adjacent areas should be avoided. Falls or ground collapse may occur without warning, and could result in property damage, personal injury, and/or death. You agree not to climb on the Cliff and to comply with all posted signs and rules relating to the Cliff. Young children and other Occupants who may be incapable of understanding the dangers posed by the Cliff must be supervised at all times. Renter agrees to assume full responsibility to warn Occupants about these dangers and to take all necessary preventative measures to avoid loss or injury. RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IF RENTER OR OCCUPANTS APPROACH THE CLIFF, THEY DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. RENTER AND OCCUPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING SUIT AGAINST THE OWNER AND VACASA, INCLUDING ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES (collectively, “Released Parties”) FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ACCESS OR PROXIMITY TO THE CLIFF.
