There is a large private pool with lots of decking for lounging in the sun and a brand-new rejuvenating hot tub. The home includes canal access to Back Bay for kayaking, paddling, fishing, crabbing, or just taking in the natural treasures of the waterscape. You'll also be within walking distance of one of the widest parts of Sandbridge beach.
