This prime location situates you right on the beach with easy beach access from your property - all you have to do is put on your flip-flops and some sunscreen and walk a few yards until you can dig your toes in the sand. You are right in the heart of Seal Beach and within a short walk or drive of great attractions, including the Seal Beach Municipal Pier, Seal Beach, Knepper's Alaska Fishcamp, and Anaheim Landing Historical Landmark.

This coastal beauty is ideal for larger groups or multi-family getaways. The first level of this retreat offers a nice and homey family room with an attached kitchenette. Here is a great spot to unwind and chill with your loved ones and watch TV, and if you ever feel hungry, the well-appointed kitchenette will have your back. It's complete with a mini-fridge, a full-size stove and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an ice maker. From here, you have access to a furnished beachfront deck as well. On this level, you will also find one bedroom and a den-like seating area with an electric fireplace, a desk, and another TV.

Upstairs is where you will find the main living area and all of its beauty. The open floor plan makes it easier for groups to share and create everlasting memories. Watch a favorite movie on the large TV in the living room, gather around the dining table to play any of the board games provided, or head over to the balcony to work on your tan while reading your favorite novel. The kitchen is complete with everything needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and beach snacks. A Keurig coffee maker has been included to please coffee enthusiasts in the group.

This level features two bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has its own electric fireplace, TV, and an en suite bathroom, which is something out of this world. It's as spacious as a bedroom and boasts a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, two vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet.
