This unit has its own spacious living, kitchen, and dining area and offers combined sleeping space for up to 8 guests.

LIVING AREAS

The unit has a large open living space with cool tiled floors and plenty of space to unwind. Furnishings include a comfy sectional, a full-size futon, and a flat-screen TV made for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up simple lunches and hearty meals for your group in the kitchen. A contemporary, open kitchen is outfitted with a full range of appliances and a casual breakfast bar.

The unit has two light-filled bedrooms.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a plush king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Comfort awaits in a welcoming guest bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom has its own balcony that overlooks the town.

A convenient guest bathroom boasts a large vanity area and a walk-in shower.

Make a splash in the pool shared between the two units. A fenced yard surrounded by palm trees offers secluded privacy. Beneath the home, enjoy the shade around covered picnic tables and sizzle steaks on either the shared gas grill.

Things to know
The Dunes Condominium is located directly east behind the house. It is currently being remodeled due to damage from Hurricane Harvey.

The elevator on the property is not available to guests due to insurance and state regulatory restrictions.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 3513 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
