Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an incredible condo that has been thoughtfully refreshed in every aspect. The spacious living area features an open kitchen, a separate dining area, and a roomy living space with a comfortable sectional, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The master suite is truly impressive, boasting a large open space with a King-size bed, balcony access, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a cozy Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second guest bedroom offers two Twin beds, making it easily accessible for everyone.

As a guest, you'll have full access to the outdoor pool, poolside gazebo, sun deck, and hot tub. Grand Beach Resort is conveniently situated near unique shopping establishments and fine restaurants. Additionally, the complex features an elevator for added convenience. You'll find plenty of poolside loungers and barbecue areas for your enjoyment. A quick walk across the street will lead you to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you spend your day on the beach or lounging by the pool, Grand Beach Resort is sure to provide an amazing and fun-filled family experience.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass, with a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation (2 cars maximum).
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Your reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Maximum 4 Adults.
No Smoking.
No Pets. Please note that the association does not permit pets. Service animals must be approved before arrival.
