LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and Apple TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and Apple TV. Third bedroom has a double bed with trundle. Fourth bedroom/Game room has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with ping pong table, mini pool table, air hockey table and darts. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, PlayStation 2/3, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture with a charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the large fully fenced backyard illuminated with string lights!

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
