With two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room this is perfect for a small family or group of friends.

Gold Camp is near the base area of Peak 8, it is a quick, walk-up Ski Hill Rd. but there is also a Free Ride Bus stop at the Gold Camp complex. Main street is only a few minutes' drive or a quick bus ride, it's also a nice walk with great views!

You will feel instantly at home among the charming decor featured throughout the unit. The open concept living space is functional and comfortable. The big living room has seats for all, you can enjoy the flat screen TV or the nice view off the balcony. The kitchen has all updated appliances and is great for cooking in!

This is just the perfect condo for all, you will have plenty to see and do immediately surrounding you. With chairlifts, ski runs nearby and Main Street just down the hill, you can’t beat the convenience and comfort of this beautiful home.

**Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge: **

4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.

**COLORADO TRACTION LAW**: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.
