We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride
municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm
M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday. Due to this construction, parking is limited.

**May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to
commence work on June 23. The pool and hot tub will not be available during
