LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The main level master suite has a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, four burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games, card games, and TVs with streaming apps. Relax near the cozy pot belly fireplace. Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Relax in the spa with gorgeous slope views. Enjoy the deck with patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
