dining/living/kitchen area for everyone to gather and socialize. Relax on the
patio with additional seating built into a private natural landscape, nestled
in the hillside for an after-dinner drink or morning coffee.

In the spacious upstairs, you will find a conveniently located laundry room
with a washer and dryer. The large master suite has an en suite jetted tub,

This home has a firm no pet policy. The home is in a neighborhood with CC&R;'s
that PROHIBIT PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, so please make other parking
arrangements if needed for your RV or large toys (boats, etc).
