ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and backyard access. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, insta-pot/air-fryer, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy gas fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
