ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Loft bedroom has a queen bed with privacy curtains and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, six burner stove with oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiF, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Fully fenced back yard with deck and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night ( 2 small dogs only)
