Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 14 people (12 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
