The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds, and the fifth bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
