The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower on the top floor. Across the hall is an additional bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and shower seat - for convenience, this bathroom also has a door that leads to the hallway. The remaining three bedrooms are on the basement level, two of which share a full bathroom that adjoins one of them and has a bathtub/shower combination, and one that has a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find the fantastic neighborhood store WildPlum. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
