ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a full bed. Living room has a daybed and futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table. Board games and card games. Satellite TV and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer. To keep this home in the spirit of a true getaway, the homeowner has opted to not have WiFi.

OUTDOORS - Charcoal barbecue, outdoor table and seating. Enjoy the fenced yard and deck!

PARKING - 1 car driveway and 1 car garage parking

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
