LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2,800+ sq ft home with 2 living spaces, smart TV, ceiling fan, stylish dining table, bar seating, gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Downstairs fist master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath with shower. Upstairs second master bedroom has 2 queen beds, twin bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and private bath with tub/shower. Downstairs third bedroom has queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed. Living room has sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispensar, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Loft game room with foosball and shuffleboard. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy brick fireplace.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 13 people (12 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
