Dune Deck South is a pristine oceanfront classic located near the front of the
privately gated and exclusive HBW community. This elegant duplex offers an
ideal setup for families or groups traveling together, with mirrored North and
South units that provide the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Each
level has its own outside entry, and both kitchens are beautifully appointed
with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Spacious family rooms open to shaded porches and a sundeck, creating inviting
spaces to relax and take in the ocean air. Outdoor amenities include picnic
tables, charcoal grills, enclosed outdoor showers, and a private walkway
leading directly to Holden Beach’s wide, world-class shoreline. Additional
features include LCD TVs in the family room and master bedroom, WiFi, and a
washer and dryer located in a finished utility room.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:
\- Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
\- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for
weekly rentals.
\- A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels,
a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase
additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note that Dune Deck is available as a single combined rental (North and
South together) during Prime Season. A $100 discount on the total rental fee
is offered when both units are rented together outside of Prime Season.
