This splendid retreat boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with an extensive sofa, a wood stove, and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and prepare exquisite homemade meals for your crew in the well-appointed, open kitchen, complete with all the major appliances to whip up everything that comes to mind. The living area opens onto a screened porch offering impressive views of the Damariscotta River and a wonderful spot to dine alfresco. The adjoining open deck is also a fantastic spot to take in the marvelous river views. Another great perk is the access to a shared beach and docks at the residence, which are shared with the other two retreats on-site. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
