Downstairs, you can get the coffee going in the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gather around the dining room table for breakfast, and discuss everyone's plans for the day. A washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a beach wagon make it easy to get swimsuits together, check the tides, and walk the half-mile to the beach.
Afternoons and evenings are best spent basking in the central air conditioning (a luxury on the Cape), relaxing outside on the furnished back deck, or piling on the sectional sofa in the living room for movies on the streaming-equipped cable TV. There's even an additional TV in the unfinished basement - a great spot to kick back as you're finishing the day's laundry.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
