This rustic ranch retreat includes both the main and bunk houses. You'll have a barn, two houses with all-wood interiors, and plenty of elbow room to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, making this the perfect place for family reunions or get-togethers with friends. Nestled against the mountainside, this home is the picture of seclusion and tranquility, with spectacular views on every side and lots of space for the kids to run around and play.

The main house has front and back decks (the back deck has mountain views), perfect for entertaining or just enjoying your morning coffee. Inside, you'll find a spacious and well-lit great room with a game table, a bar, and lots of comfortable furniture, plus beautiful views through the large windows. The full kitchen has two counter stools at the breakfast bar, plus a small dining table with seating for four. You'll love serving your guests in the dining room at the large wooden table. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bath, and lovely views of the mountains. The first bedroom features a twin-over-double bunk, plus another twin with a trundle bed underneath. The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk and a twin bed.

Cross the gravel path to access the bunkhouse, featuring a living room with an all-wood interior and plenty of comfortable furniture to stretch out on. The group chef will love getting creative in the full kitchen, and there is plenty of space for the kids to play in the upstairs loft. The bunkhouse has one room with two twin bunks and another room with three twin bunks and an ensuite bath. The barn is large and beautiful, with plenty of room to store your gear and ample space for parking ATV trailers and additional vehicles.

You'll be surrounded on all sides by spectacular country. Feel like taking a break from the kitchen? There are plenty of nearby restaurants to check out like Mountain Pizza & Taproom, Ramon's Mexican Restaurant, and The Old Firehouse. And Wolf Creek Anglers is just three miles west with bait, tackle, and other supplies for your next fishing excursion.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: STR-196-24, STR-208-24 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: DAMAGE WAIVER The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable: 0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights. 3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. 8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
