Coastal View II is a three-story, designer-detailed property with all sorts of at-home entertainment - a private, in-ground swimming pool, fantastic deck and patio space, and a pool table for your nightly family tournaments. Step inside to find hardwood floors, granite countertops, Monroe kitchen appliances, recessed lighting, and a dining table that's large enough for everyone to share meals together. There are two family rooms for your enjoyment - one geared towards the kids with a wraparound sofa and an assortment of games, and another for the adults located located right off the kitchen on the third floor. On the ground floor, you'll find a pool table and a tropical indoor bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. Upstairs, large decks extend from both the second and third floors. Additional amenities include peek-a-boo views of the ocean, a large patio around the pool for shade and relaxation, 14 smart TVs, free WiFi, a home elevator, and a gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
