Come and enjoy a relaxed Gulf Coast getaway at Coastal Happy Ours. Just minutes from the beach and pool, this home spans 3,069 square feet and offers signature coastal luxury both indoor and out and a relaxed, family friendly vibe, with easy access to all the Palmilla amenities. Sleeping 12, it easily accommodates large families, multiple families, multi-generational families, or a large group of friends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE:
This two-story open concept home invites you in with 10-foot ceilings and high-end décor, connecting the living, kitchen, and dining for a welcoming space to spend time together. Gather in comfort and style in this spacious, open, and well-lit living area, allowing a wonderful place for large family gatherings and entertainment. Enjoy the 65-inch smart TV, great for movie watching or enjoying a sporting event, and many board games and cards that will keep all entertained.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Prepare delicious meals in the modern chef’s kitchen, with a spacious island, plenty of counter space, large pantry, stainless steel appliances, five burner gas range, and plenty of cookware, utensils, beverage refrigerator, ice chest and serving pieces. Serve up your tasty creations at the dining table; the kitchen island offers additional seating. Step out to the sprawling patio, accessed via the dining area, for extended dining and living, with a Weber gas grill, picnic table, and plenty of additional comfortable seating.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
Luxury awaits in the first floor primary suite, with a king bed, smart TV, and en suite bath with double vanity and walk in shower. Included is private access to the outdoor patio. Another suite on the second floor is complete with beautiful designer décor, a private seating area, a smart TV, an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower, large closet with great storage space, and a private balcony with seating to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Two additional suites at the end of the hall each have a queen bed, smart TV, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combination. A large balcony, complete with seating, sits between the rooms with separate access. The bunkroom, accessed through a barn door, includes two twin-over-twin beds. Each bunk has individual nautical lighting.
A cozy living area located just outside the bunk room includes a smart TV and plenty of space to play and relax. Down the hall is an additional full guest bath with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email.
