All linens are washed in high heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and through sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross contamination.

We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star and we assign each staff member to the same properties stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star "White Glove Treatment".

Access to the beach is facilitated by a coded lock on the boardwalk, provided to you upon arrival. After a day by the Gulf, rinse off the salt and sand with the outdoor shower conveniently positioned at the boardwalk. For added convenience, trash chutes are located adjacent to the elevator on each floor.

Your reservation includes parking passes, which will be awaiting you in the unit upon your arrival. It is mandatory to display these passes in your vehicle at all times.
