The other building features two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom, kitchen, living area, and another separate washer/dryer. There is a large outdoor area that includes a wet bar, picnic tables, fire pit, half basketball court, and even a walking trail surrounding the property. You are located down the road from Bear Trap Dunes where you can play a round of golf or drive just a few miles to the beach, restaurants, and more.
