This beachfront townhouse is in a wonderfully quiet spot, a perfect setting for fishing, scalloping, boating, and taking long jogs and bike rides along the shoreline. Yet you'll also find the community's outdoor swimming pool within walking distance, T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to the immediate north and east, and a couple of fantastic options for shopping and dining nearby.
This home is spread out across three levels, with central AC running throughout. Upon your return from the beach each afternoon, you'll be greeted by an outdoor shower to rinse away the lingering sand, a gas grill, and beach-facing decks to ensure you keep the gulf-front view with you. There are four decks overlooking the Gulf, accessed via the living room and all the bedrooms.
The interior is polished and comfortable, offering a well-equipped kitchen including a toaster oven, Cuisinart coffee maker, and a glass-top dining table. A living room with generous seating, two TVs (with cable and streaming capability), a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a selection of movies and board games are on hand as well.
