You are minutes away from great food and shopping like Crossroads Steakhouse and Fredericksburg Winery off Main St., making this home the perfect place to have a getaway with your loved ones. We would also love to invite you to pour yourself a delicious glass of wine or make a cocktail in our kitchen to unwind after a long day, or if you're a coffee-lover, we invite you to enjoy our Keurig coffee maker and indulge yourself with a great cup of java. The house consists of four bedrooms( 2 King Bed and 3 Queen Beds) and three bathrooms, one of them with a luxury walk-in shower and delicate custom glass door, and the other one with an amazing bathtub, a kitchen with beautiful granite touches and top-of-the-line stainless steel home appliances, dining space, living room area.

The home also has a large driveway for off-street parking space for 4 cars and plenty of room for on-street parking if you need extra space. Additionally, this has an incredible outdoor area covered outdoor living, as well as a fire pit, a grill, a spacious and completely private sitting area perfect for a family or friend, get together.

-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.


Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
