Situated near Waterville Estates, this home boasts a central location to some of New Hampshire's best all-season attractions, including two of the state's 4,000-footers - Mounts Tecumseh and Osceola - as well as Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods, and Owl's Nest Golf Course - ranked as the sixth best Nicklaus-designed course in the world! Great shopping, restaurants, and other recreational activities in Waterville Valley, Lincoln, and Plymouth are also within easy reach. Lounge in the main living area or out on the backyard's Adirondack chairs while taking in the view. You'll also find a large, sloped backyard that is excellent for sledding in winter! In the evening, go to the outdoor firepit to roast some s'mores while recapping the day's events or planning the next adventure.

The interior comes well-appointed, with strong natural lighting and modern amenities to keep the whole group comfortable and thoroughly entertained. The main level features wall-to-wall windows, offering stellar views from every room. With the woodstove roaring, the living area is perfect for relaxing while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, playing a few board games, or diving into a new novel. The updated kitchen comes well-equipped with full-size, stainless steel appliances and accessories, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A large selection of classic board games and puzzles can be found in the credenza in the dining room, while a large assortment of books can be found on the shelves in the living area. The primary bedroom on this floor features an en suite bathroom.

The fully furnished lower level features even more windows looking out toward the mountains, a pool table, a dart board, and a second living area equipped with a sectional and a smart TV. This floor also features a laundry room with direct access to the backyard. Upstairs on the second floor, two guest bedrooms have mountain views. Over the garage, you'll find a large bonus room with an additional TV and a workout space with mats and exercise equipment.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Tax ID: 063721 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR! MINIMUM AGE: Renters must be 25 years of age to rent this home, and all other guests must be 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent. NOISE: Unreasonable noise is never permitted in residential areas. Quiet hours are 10 pm, and before 8 am. Any noise that can be heard from more than 50 feet away is considered unreasonable. Noise should not be audible outside of home during quiet hours. PARKING: The number of parking spaces is limited to those designated for your specific vacation home. Cars must be parked in the driveway or the garage. Street parking is never allowed. OCCUPANCY: Cannot exceed the maximum number allowed at ANY TIME. EVENTS: No weddings, gatherings, parties or other events are allowed at vacation home rental at ANY TIME. CAMPING: No camping is allowed. TRASH: Bear Alert! Do not leave trash or food in the car or outside of the home. Vacasa will pick up your trash at the end of your stay. If you need a pick up before hand, please contact Vacasa.
