We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young
families in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups largely consisting
of those under 25s are not able to rent this home.



This beautiful property comfortably provides accommodation for up to a maximum
of 21 guests (including children) in Kissimmee Orlando and is located in the
Stunning Solara Resort – one of the most premium, and in demand resorts in
Orlando. Heated resort pools and world-class facilities compliment your own
private pool and spa at your luxury mansion.



It is Open Plan Living downstairs with a large dining table, plenty of seating
at the kitchen bar area and a large couch with the main living area
television. Even an office desk space for catching up on homework!


The living area has direct access via large sliding doors to the pool deck
overlooking a small lake where the private pool and spa, dining area, loungers
and outdoor chairs give our guests the flexibility to relax, eat or sit
wherever they are most comfortable.



NO RESORT FEES with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during
your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort, and
amenities. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including
sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers. Children’s
splash zone / pad area and a gym as well!
Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is yummy really well
priced!) and bar and the Flo Rider SURF SIMULATOR (all fully open!), access to
all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just
take along a towel or two from the stock in the home, and you are set to go!

Large Sectional puts you right in front of the 75 Inch TV ‘At the movies’ with

WIFI internet throughout of course & private on drive parking with extra
parking outside the home.



Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip
to restock at the local store on day 1.

This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer in a self-catering paradise.
Upstairs there is even a drinks / snack fridge for easy access whilst watching
the very large TV in the loft lounge area. Large Washer and Dryer in the
upstairs laundry room.

Resort is situated in the perfect location for all your vacation needs.

family can enjoy! Whether it's the stunning new sports courts, the state of
the art fitness center, beautiful resort swimming pool, or the Flow Rider for
the adventurous one in the family!

Pool
A large heated zero-entry resort swimming pool with a splash pad and
waterslide as well as a Flow Rider surf simulator.

Private poolside cabanas are available.

Fitness Center
Enjoy a workout at the state-of-the-art resort fitness center, which includes
multiple treadmills, cycling machines, ellipticals, and more.

Outdoor Facilities
The resort offers several outdoor activities, including basketball and sand
volleyball courts, a soccer field, and a kid's playground.

Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large range, a dishwasher, and a
refrigerator.

\- You can also enjoy alfresco dining with the view of the pool & green
surrounding or lounge by the pool at an enclosed back patio.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an
additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge -
this is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in
Summer. This includes spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.

The pool heating for $35 a day plus tax with a minimum charge of $175 for
under 5 nights.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to
arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or
closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is
the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation
without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all
reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement,
agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are
permitted at this home.
