This rental consists of three separate units (Malibu, Venice, and Hermosa cottages) and boasts a prime outdoor entertaining space. A second story deck has a fire pit and ocean views and the lush courtyard is equipped with a hot tub, al fresco dining, outdoor shower, and dog-friendly turf side-yard.

Step outside your door and walk just 40 feet to splash in the surf or cruise a half-mile to the downtown area with coastal eateries and eclectic shops.

LIVING AREAS

The main Malibu cottage features a chic sofa and 49in TV with Netflix. A window nook offers a cozy space to curl up with a book.

The Venice cottage has two twin sleeper sofas next to a wood burning fireplace. Watch shows on the 47in TV or journal daily activities at the desk.

Lounge on a sofa and two armchairs in the Hermosa cottage and watch a movie on the 36in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped Malibu kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for two. Dine next to a wood burning fireplace at the five-person table.

Stainless steel appliances are on display in the Venice kitchen; enjoy meals at the corner dining table set for eight.

The Hermosa kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Enjoy snacks at the high-top table with seating for two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The three cottages have a total of four bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests. Four full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom in the Malibu cottage has a queen bed, direct access to the courtyard, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The second Malibu bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and two stylish chairs. The second bath includes a walk-in shower.

The Venice cottage holds the complex's third bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. The bath has a walk-in shower.

Located in the Hermosa cottage, the fourth bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. The bathroom in this unit has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Relax in the lush courtyard equipped with a hot tub, outdoor shower, al fresco dining, and a dog-friendly turf side yard. The Malibu cottage also has a private second-story deck with an eight-person fire pit table and ocean views.

Beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and toys are available for guest use. This property is dog-friendly. Parking is available on the street or at the nearby beach parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. A coin-operated washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

Walk just 40 feet to 3-mile long Stinson Beach, a popular surf spot with swimming from late May to mid-September. Rent bikes and cruise a half-mile to the downtown area with coastal cuisine, surf, and boutique shops. Explore the Dipsea Trail located a half-mile away offering scenic ocean vistas.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email.
