LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1700+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Downstairs second bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and balcony. Fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed with full trundle, and smart TV. Loft has a daybed and ceiling fan. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator with water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. Laundry area with washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with views of Baldwin Lake, tons of patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 4 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
