Brice Is Right 4 Bedroom Home

Brice is Right invites you to relax oceanfront, whether you’re enjoying the
private pool or taking in beautiful ocean views from the home’s spacious
decks. The first floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area
designed for comfort and gathering, along with a pull-out sofa bed (linens not
provided but available to rent) and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed
and jetted tub. Additional sleeping accommodations include a daybed with
trundle and two queen bedrooms, providing plenty of space for family and
friends.

This well-appointed home offers hardwood floors throughout the living,
kitchen, and dining areas, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops,
and a cozy fireplace. Additional amenities include open and covered porches,
WiFi, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, and a private walkway leading
directly to the beach.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are
not provided but may be rented through Property Manager.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a
kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit to help you settle in comfortably.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and
detergents once starter supplies are used.)
