Drive minutes to lounge on Marconi Beach (a favorite spot for surfers), Wellfleet Harbor, and the Wellfleet Center Historic District -- home to dining, galleries, and boutiques. The Cape Cod Rail Trail, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre are also a quick drive.

LIVING AREAS

A light-filled open living area features a pair of leather sofas, an armchair, and a 50” smart 4K TV. There’s more room to gather in the sunroom, outfitted with dining seating for six, and counter seating for two. You’ll also find a cozy office, furnished with a sleeper sofa and desk. For family movie nights, spend time together in the Great Room, where a leather sofa and four chairs surround a 50' smart 4K flat-screen TV.

The expansive second bedroom comes with a queen bed and a sprawling sitting area with two sofas and a 43” 4K smart TV. This room also boasts a wet bar, desk, and private deck with rocking chairs. In the third bedroom, you’ll find two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a twin daybed. The house also has two guest bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and another with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy tranquil views of the marsh from one of many outdoor areas. On the ground level, a massive deck features several seating areas, an outdoor shower, grill, and a large table. A covered and screened-in patio provides a cool spot to relax in the shade. Upstairs, a deck with cushioned seating connects the two wings of the home.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Tax ID: C0083383180 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
