LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,100 sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, gas log fireplace, and large sectional with plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first queen bed, ceiling fan, and electric fireplace. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed with trundle, smart TV, ceiling fan, desk, mini fridge, microwave, and private bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, chess/checker table, game console, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas log fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with gas barbecue and patio furniture.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
