The property features two separate two-level homes, each with its own amazing amenities to make your stay easy. The first home enjoys an inviting living room where you can spread out comfortably after a fantastic day exploring Mendocino. Kick your feet up and relax as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV or play games. A family room attached to the main living room provides you with a private place to unwind. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, central AC, and a wet bar in one of the bedrooms.

The other retreat features a lofted open floor plan upstairs where you can spread out comfortably after a memorable day exploring everything Mendocino has to offer. Wind down in the living area featuring inviting sofas and a smart TV with streaming services. The adjoining kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to whip up exquisite homemade meals and treats. We have updated our policy to allow pets! Pets are welcome but must weigh under 30lbs. Please note, that pets are not allowed in the main house. Thank you for your understanding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
