ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and private bath with an all-new quartz-topped double vanity and new shower tile. The upstairs second bedroom 2 double memory foam beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Gorgeous new quartz countertops, new appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

Other things to note:
Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets are allowed including service animals. (Owner is severely allergic)
