- Innisfree in the Truman Annex Guests must be over 25 years of age to check in and agree to abide by the rules & regulations of the Association. You have one assigned parking space for a normal size vehicle, You must retrieve a parking pass from the Guard gate on Southard street and display it in your Vehicle. Your assigned spot is 145. 1. The maximum number of occupants in this unit is 4. 2. No pets are allowed in this rental unit (no exceptions). 3. This property is located in a gated community and unacceptable noise levels and any type of disruption will result in immediate eviction and loss of monies paid. 4. Beds should be stripped prior to departure and laundry started. 5. No dirty dishes should be left in the sink. 6. Trash should be taken out to the dumpster which is located on the far side of the parking lot. 7. Units left undesirable at departure will result in an extra fee depending on the condition and the time involved to clean it. 8. There will be a $25 charge per set of keys not returned. If you leave prior to our office hours please leave the keys in the unit and use the lock box key to lock the front door. 9. Local calls are free. All other calls use a calling card. 10. All doors must be locked prior to departure. 11. If you use the BBQ you must clean it after use 12. The cost of anything damaged or broken will be charged to you upon departure.
