During Winter Months, guests will need chains/cables to get to the home or a 4-wheel drive vehicle, as it is a partially dirt road.

ROOMS & BEDS - Entry level master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, fireplace and jet tub. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, trundle, and TV.

KITCHEN - Beautiful natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, six burner stove, double oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, darts, and wet bar! Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. Minimum renter age 26
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 12 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed, no exceptions
Check in earlier than 10 am is not allowed
Check out later than 1 pm is not allowed
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 12/17 - 1/17)

Check in between 10am-12pm $200 fee
Check in between 12pm-3:30pm $100 fee
Check out between 12pm-1pm $100 fee
No check out after 1pm allowed. If after 1:15pm you will be charged for full days rate with no exceptions.
