LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a smart TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed, TV, and balcony. Second bedroom has two double beds, TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious and private backyard, and fully fenced patio area.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
